Coaching is a process that involves you and your well-trained WalkWay® coach working on your life and career goals in a pre-determined set of meetings. Together you walk though a plan to set your life & career on the path toward strategic fulfillment and satisfaction.
How will this look?
Depending on your specific needs, your WalkWay® coach can meet face to face, via phone, Skype® video, email, or in groups. Proximity is not a problem since coaching can be virtually done around the globe to meet you where you are. Your WalkWay® coach will learn your needs and prepare a plan to help you develop your steps today for the career results you desire. Focused and direct input will help bring new perspective to your career that has been bogged down in the stuff of life.
What will I have to do?
Your WalkWay® coach may provide you with assessments such as the DiSC or ARNO Profile that will help identify your strengths and weaknesses or temperaments. These are not tests, but tools and will greatly enhance your coaching experience. There may also be times when you must do research or some other written report to build or expand your knowledge in your area of career choice. These are all intended to accelerate your progress toward your goals.
